Technique, equalization and dive methodology
From aquacity and Let-Go through Frenzel and Mouthfill to physiology and structured training.
Philosophy & Aquacity
Freediving is not a fight with water. Aquacity is the ability to become natural, soft and economical in the water. The less drag, tension and mental noise, the greater the depth and safety.
Psychophysical Let-Go
At depth, strength does not win. The ability to release control, reduce muscle tone and let the body fall wins. Let-Go is a conscious surrender to pressure, not resignation.
Nideffer Model
Conscious switching of attention between Ocean, Target, Map and Mantra. Where attention goes, energy flows.
Frenzel & T-K-H Locks
Tongue as a piston, abdomen offline, soft palate open, glottis closed. The basis of advanced equalization without pressure from the lungs.
Mouthfill / Air Shift
Moving air into the oral cavity before critical depth. The cheeks and mouth become an independent reservoir for further equalization.
Depth Physiology
Bradycardia, vasoconstriction, blood shift and residual volume. The body has protective mechanisms, but you must work with them.
Training Plans
Data, consistency and logging. Kick count, pre-dive feeling, nutrition, contractions, technique and mental state create a map of growth.
